Horse Ball Recipe

I asked Katy Belle what she wanted for lunch (after she said "no" to a number of options) and she said "horse."

Me: Ok, you will eat horse?


Katy Belle: Oh yes!


Me: Let's see what we have.


I suggested "horse balls." 


Not only did she eat the horse balls she enjoyed dipping them in ketchup. Naturally. 


My recipe is take frozen meatballs and call them horse balls.
